How do you check the quality of the steel channels?

There are many tests for steel quality test. But for that, we need a lab or equipment.

Here I am going to tell you how you can simply check steel quality during purchasing.

The naked eye test to check steel in the shop

1. Its very Simple just pick up a bar and check whether the manufacturers seal is present on every meter of it.
2. The bars should not look rusty.
3. Also, check whether the ends of each bundle of TMT rods are of equal length.
4. Ensure each bar in the bundle has the logo of the TMT bar company, without fail.
5. Finally if possible check their weight per bundle.

Five checks, no equipment, and they will tell you most of what you need to know before the load is on the truck.
